3. Equipment Sales
New and refurbished equipment sales are subject to availability. Paramount Services Ltd reserves the right to substitute equivalent models based on stock. Refurbished items may show cosmetic wear but are guaranteed to be fully functional unless otherwise stated.

4. Installations
Installations are performed by qualified in-house technicians. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site access, utilities, and safety clearances required for installation.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary depending on service or product purchased. Standard payment is due upon completion of service or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees.

6. Emergency Services
Emergency calls are responded to on a priority basis. Paramount Services is not liable for product loss, spoilage, or business interruption resulting from equipment failure, customer delays, or limited technician availability.

7. Warranty
Warranties vary by product. Manufacturer warranties apply to new equipment; refurbished equipment may include a limited service warranty where specified. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Liability
