2. Returns Policy — Paramount Services Ltd

1. New Equipment Returns
New equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Free of damage
     

A restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
2. Refurbished Equipment Returns
Refurbished equipment is sold as-is but guaranteed functional upon delivery and installation. Returns are only accepted if equipment is defective upon arrival or fails during the initial warranty period.
 
3. Special Orders
Custom or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
 
4. Installed Equipment
Once equipment has been installed and used, returns are not accepted unless covered by warranty.
 
5. Service Charges
Service call fees, diagnostic fees, and labour charges are non-refundable, including emergency callouts.
 
6. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact Paramount Services Ltd with:

  • The original invoice number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)
     

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
